Solution of Some Management Problems by Means of Fuzzy Sets Theory

We consider the approaches to making decisions for control problems in nonstandard situations with a lack of the previous experience and incomplete knowledge of the considered problem. In such cases we usually cannot do without expert evaluations which lead to the process of group decisionmaking, and it becomes necessary to solve a problem of alternatives aggregation. It is proposed to solve such problems by means of fuzzy sets. The material of the paper is divided into two parts. In the first part an approach is discussed for the processing of quantitative expert evaluations which are used in the group decision-making. The second part is devoted to general approach to the process of decision-making under quantitative expert evaluations.
